Influential Leadership
In times of challenge, change and uncertainty, effective and skillful leadership becomes crucial to the success of teams and organizations. Leadership, has little to do with positions of formal authority. It occurs whenever a person attracts willing and committed followership for an initiative, idea or course of action. Followership is primarily based on relationship. Relationships are based on trust. Leadership is about innovative thinking, being consciously proactive, taking risks in the face of uncertainty and building warm and supportive relationships by behaving with integrity and respect for others. Thinking and behaving as a leader positions one to influence others regardless of position.

Technical Leadership
Technical Leadership, which includes many of the same concepts and skills presented in "Influential Leadership",
is specifically designed for those who work in a technical environment. In addition to leadership skills, this seminar
will explore topics including effective information sharing, networking, innovation and productive risk taking.

Experiential Team Skills Training
Experiential team trainings occur outside or in a large indoor space. Teams are challenged by non-strenuous but mentally challenging tasks that invariably reveal existing team patterns and inefficiencies. Insightful debrief discussions and action planning give rise to specific and powerful learnings.


The Art of Productive Conflict
Conflict is inevitable in all human interaction. Differing viewpoints, when valued and managed consciously, can increase the level and quality of creativity and innovation. The understanding and respect that results leads to improved work relationships.

Building Effective Teams
This workshop series is a dynamic and highly interactive training designed to give participants a clear understanding and the direct experience of outstanding team function. Movie clips, simulations and discussions create a powerful and enjoyable learning experience.

Many of us are experiencing professional responsibilities that are demanding more and more of our time and energy which can give rise to burnout, marital disharmony and general dissatisfaction. This workshop explores simple and achievable ways to create a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Managing Change: Creating Inner Stability
Change can be disruptive and stressful. In the absence of external stability, it becomes imperative that one learns and applies "inner skills" that generate a sense of internal stability. The tools experienced in this workshop enable the participant to manage change from a place of confidence and stability.
