CHRIS
DOUGLAS is
a consultant, coach and trainer and the founder of Quest Seminars.
He presents on topics such as "Influential Leadership", "The
Art of Productive Conflict", "Improving Performance Under
Stress", "The Power of Effective Communication" and "Building
Effective Teams" for a variety of organizations including
IBM, Dell Computer, Motorola and the U.S. Federal Government. For
the
past six years, he has presented a two-day segment of IBM's highly
regarded "Leadership Excellence University" program.
In addition to his own programs, Chris has facilitated programs
for several other organizations including Team Craft, The Leadership
Group, Falls River Center, Pecos River Learning Centers and The
Multi-Cultural
Institute. Having studied human dynamics and organizational development
for over 20 years, he brings knowledge and understanding, as
well as warmth and humor to the material he presents. Chris
received
a Master’s Degree
in Psychology in 2003.
As a consultant, coach and facilitator, Chris has helped many
individual clients, teams and organizations dismantle counterproductive
patterns
and achieve greater professional and personal fulfillment.
Chris has traveled extensively and has lived and worked in Europe
and Asia for a total of three years. He is a private pilot, a
woodworker, a photographer, an actor and has pursued adventure
sports including
white water kayaking, scuba diving, rock climbing and mountaineering.
